A 2-part, anti-corrosion coating designed for the protection of metallic and masonry surfaces against physical, chemical and bacterial attack. This durable industrial coating is ideal where toughness, environmental, erosion and corrosion resistance are required, yet providing a highly decorative non-toxic surface which is easy to clean by commonly used cleaning agents.

Belzona 5111 (Ceramic Cladding) is easy to mix and can be applied by brush or spray without the need for specialist tools. The urethane coating will cure at room temperature, eliminating the need for hot work

An anti-corrosion coating is a coating that will protect the substrate against deterioration or corrosion from chemicals, oxidation, moisture, and a variety of environmental factors.

The industrial coating, Belzona 5111 (Ceramic Cladding) is applied as an overcoat. After the substrate has been prepared and the first coat has dried mix the Belzona 5111 (Ceramic Cladding) by adding the entire contents of the Solidifier tin to the Base material. Then, stir thoroughly until the material is an even consistency. Next, apply with a clean, good-quality bristle brush at an even thickness. If necessary, apply a second coating once the first application of Belzona 5111 (Ceramic Cladding) is hard in the same manner. Please see the Instructions for Use (IFU) for more information.
It takes seven days for the high-performance coating, Belzona 5111 (Ceramic Cladding) to fully cure. Please see the Instructions for Use (IFU) for more information.
