What is the cure time of a Belzona concrete repair resin?

The cure time of a Belzona concrete repair resin depends on the product being used. For example, at 77°F (25°C), Belzona 4111, Belzona 4124, and Belzona 4154 are ready for full mechanical hardness in 16 hours. Please see the Instructions for Use (IFU) of the product being used for more information.

How do you apply a Belzona epoxy concrete repair system?

To apply a Belzona epoxy concrete repair system, the area must be clean, sturdy, and dry. Abrade the surface if necessary. Allow new concrete to cure for a minimum of 28 days or until moisture content is below 6% using a protimeter. Then, mix the product and apply the material using the proper tools.
