Questions & Answers

The cure time of a Belzona concrete repair resin depends on the product being used. For example, at 77°F (25°C), Belzona 4111, Belzona 4124, and Belzona 4154 are ready for full mechanical hardness in 16 hours. Please see the Instructions for Use (IFU) of the product being used for more information. 
To apply a Belzona epoxy concrete repair system, the area must be clean, sturdy, and dry. Abrade the surface if necessary. Allow new concrete to cure for a minimum of 28 days or until moisture content is below 6% using a protimeter. Then, mix the product and apply the material using the proper tools. Finally, allow the material to cure. Please refer to the Instructions for Use (IFU) of the product being used for more information.   
Concrete floor repair epoxy is a resin that will repair and protect damaged and deteriorated floor areas, including concrete cracks, expansion joints, spalling concrete, stair treads, channels, dry joints, and gratings. In addition, the resin will resurface large uneven surfaces, deep holes, and cracks. All while providing outstanding chemical and impact resistance.
